WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
High Lustre Metal Finishing currently accepts cash for in-person transactions, debit and credit cards, or payment through PayPal. We accept the following credit cards: VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
No self-damage warranty. Cleaning and waxing are important for the maintenance of our parts and we do not hold responsibility for damage if the plating is not properly cared for. We'll gladly return anything within one year of purchase after inspection and proof of service. This includes, but is not limited to, flaking, peeling, and blistering. WHAT IS THE STANDARD TURNAROUND TIME?
Project turnaround time will vary based on the number of parts and what other custom projects are currently in line for completion. You can expect most orders require a 10-12 business day turnaround. We will be happy to identify it at time the order is placed. If you need something done right away, High Lustre does offer rush service for overnight or two-day delivery. Additional fees do apply.
